World Mental Health Day
Today It’s another one of those days! We seem to have so many now it’s hard to keep track. However, taking a moment to think about your mental health is something we should all do. Often we focus on physical checks such as blood pressure but how do you measure how you are feeling? There are lots of ideas that suggest how you should do this but find one that suits you. It might be something like keeping a journal or having a face fridge magnet that you can change with you moods. Take care everyone 😊😊😊
