What would your map look like?
I came across this info-pic and thought I would share. I know I’m capable of being a Procrastinating world champion!! Putting off doing tasks can often seem like the best option at the time but not completing them can leave you feeling worried, frustrated and even anxious. My advice is take small steps, if you try and tackle all your jobs in one go you could become overwhelmed. Try and tackle one task and feel pleased with your progress.
