What type of therapy is offered? 

We work primarily in a Person-Centred style but also include where necessary Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Creative Therapies.

What if I am unwell or cannot make my appointment?

Please let us know as soon as possible, 24 hours notice, if you are unable to attend a session. You can do this by email, text or phone call. 

Are the therapy sessions confidential?

Yes, we will discuss this during the first session when we go through the client/counsellor agreement. Anonymous references are used as well as secure storage of notes and client details. 

How can I pay for my sessions?

You can pay in either cash on the day of the session or by bank transfer. This must be done within 24 hours of the session taking place.
